ORDER INFORMATION

  • Standard delivery is FREE for all orders.
  • Express delivery is dependant on shipping weight, this can vary so please contact us for a quotation.

Please note: orders are processed weekdays only, any Express orders placed on Friday before 12pm will be processed and delivered the following 2-3 working days.

All deliveries are processed and shipped directly from Cisco Meraki, Netherlands.

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated 4-6 working days
  • Express Delivery: Estimated 3-4 working days (order to be placed before 12pm)*
  • Licenses: Estimated 48 hours

On receiving your order, we send all order details to Cisco Meraki who processes and ships your order.

On receipt of the tracking code and and license details (if ordered), we will update the order and send out the details to the customer.

On purchasing your items the customer will receive an automatic invoice. If purchased via paypal you will also receive a paypal invoice. If you haven’t received your invoice or you require a copy please do not hesitate to contact us, quoting your order number, and we can send out a copy.

Certain items sold on our website may only be returned directly to the manufacturer on agreement from them. Unless otherwise stated, you have 30 days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get a valid RMA from our website and get your product to a shipper to return back to Cisco Meraki. Please read our returns policy for more information

You can pay safely and securely via Paypal, Credit/Debit Card.

A wishlist allows you to save a collection of required/desired products without the need to purchase. Save them to your account and return later.

If an order has not been processed and we can confirm from Meraki that the products have not been dispatched we will be able to amend and/or cancel the order. However if the order has been processed and dispatched, the products will have to returned and an RMA submitted. Please refer to returns policy.

On receiving your tracking details from Cisco Meraki, we will send the Tracking code to the email address provided on purchase for you to track your delivery.
